While waiting for a spot at Michelle Young, we walked around Aurora Place.
Its actually a mall with lots of natural lighting (which I really like) and interesting architecture design.
It was fun because of the angles, shadows and the sunlight shining through.
I was happily #chasinglight with my camera.
I'm currently using the Fujifilm XT-20 with a XF35mm F2 lens.
If you're wondering if you should get a XT-20 in 2021, I think its good if you're new and want something affordable. I even got mine preloved so yay.
Initially I had the 16-50mm kit lens and I didn't like it. The focusing and speed of the lens was really slow and I was starting to get annoyed. Watched many Youtube vidoes and decided I needed to get a prime lens. The moment I saw this XF35mm being listed online on Carousell, I went to the store the next day during lunch time. I think my colleagues can feel my 'excitement' that I even went further away and had super quick lunch just for this. Priorities girl. And it was one of my best purchase of the year! My pictures came out so much better! Especially with close ups and food. Only cons is it is abit tight if I want to capture the interior of a small space.
