Day 3 : Moonsoon Valley & Cicada Market

MOONSOON VALLEY WINEYARD

Being close to the sea gives Hua Hin vineyards an advantage as nights tend to be cooler with fresh breeze from the hills, and the sandy and loamy soil is enriched with minerals gives freshness to the wines.

Moonsoon Valley's wine has earned more than 300 internationally renowned wine awards. Moonsoon Valley Shiraz has won the most awards, followed by Moonsoon Valley Colombard.
The grapes for Monsoon Valley Wines are grown in 3 locations: Monsoon Valley Vineyard at Hua Hin, Tab Kwang Vineyard and Chiang Mai Vineyard. Hua Hin Hills, the largest of the three, spans over 110 Hectare.

You can book a wineyard tour like us for just THB 100 with a welcome drink

CICADA NIGHT MARKET

Cicada night market is only opened on Friday & Saturday evenings and is all about art, handmade crafts and good times.  It brings together Hua Hin's artistic talents and this would be my favorite night market because I absolutely love arts and craft! (thus I visited this place 2 nights in a row).

This market is located at Phetkasem Road, about halfway between Hua Hin town and Khao Takiab. However, the food here would be slightly more expensive that the usual night market.

Well, I got myself 4 ceramic cat cups. They are now sitting in my display cabinet <3
