Date : 19 February 2017
Location : PAWS - Subang Jaya
Going there : LRT Ara Damansara

Morning shadows are beautiful. It flickers as the train passes by. As though it were too shy.
I love how mornings on the weekends are.
Everything seems so calm.

My first task was to wash the food bowls.
There were alot. Imagine how much work is needed to be done everyday.
Even though my arms are slightly sore as I'm writing this, it was definitely worth it.

While I was washing away, I could hear how excited the dogs were when they heard the staffs taking the leash, because it meant it was walking time.
They were bouncing and jumping in their little compound, fighting their way to the front in hopes to be the chosen one; to smell fresh air and sniff fresh grass.

All the dogs here have a collar and tag. They do not have a name, but goes by a code.
My first one was 198. She was a friendly light brown dog. Wagging her tail happily and marking her territory as she walks. I actually counted, it was 5 times.

The second dog i walked was also a brown dog who goes by the code of 88. Such auspicious number. They both reminded me of my greedy mongrel called Sam.

A little gesture of us taking them for a short walk means so much too them. If you could and are nearby the area please do drop by to help out. And if you are not a dog person, there are many cats & rabbits around too. I would not mind going again if my time permits. And I won't be denying there are some smell in the shelter home, and you will have to do some cleaning or picking up after the dogs.

Till next time.
