Japan Trip : Day 4 - Tokyo

Day 4 : Meiji Shrine > Kotokuji Temple > Shimokitazawa > Akibahara

1. MEIJI SHRINE

Since we missed it the day before, we started out earlier as we have to go to the famous Meiji Shrine. And it was beautiful.

If you're lucky, you might be able to see a wedding or two ;) 

After that we headed to the famous coco-curry in Shibiya which is next to Meiji Shrine.

2. KOTOKUJI TEMPLE

This is our favorite temple as it is not populated with tourist. 

It was really peaceful and met a kind hearted uncle who told us there is a cat at the top of the shrine.

And also a lady who helped us to ask where we could get the cat figurine. 

I got the second largest one.
And it sits proudly in my home now.

3. SHIMOKITAZAWA

Since they were on the same line, we headed to Shimokitazawa which is considered the hipster area in Tokyo. 

4. AKIBAHARA

Also known as the electric town of Tokyo. 

Where you can shop for electronics & not to mention, there are many maid cafes around the area.
