DAY 1 (KL > Pantai Cenang > Kuah Town > Yellow Cafe)
Checked in to - Langkawi Dormitorio Comfy and fits a huge group like us! I really like the seaform blue and white walls. Plus it is in the heart of Pantai Cenang, Next to Underwater World Langkawi. The beach is just a 5/10 minutes walk away. |
Our initial plan was to visit the Sky Bridge on the first day. However it was the fasting month thus it closes early. We were disappointed and had to come back the next day :( |
The majestic eagle in Kuah Town |
Had dinner at this seafood restaurant in Kuah Town. Wouldn't recommend it. The owner was kind of pushy. |
Yellow Cafe @ Pantai Cenang |
A must go to chill by the beach. Especially at night while having drinks. |
DAY 2 (Island Hopping > Sky Bridge > Pantai Cenang)
1. Tasik Dayang Bunting ( Pregnant Maiden Lake)
"Women are believed to get pregnant from drinking the lake water" Can you spot the pregnant lady? |
There is a little climb up to reach the lake. Beware of monkeys on your way. |
The view is breathtaking |
Beauty queen wannabes |
Despite the myth, my friend and I hop into the lake cause it was beautiful to only realized it was quite deep. So we hurried back up lol |
2. Eagle Feeding
3. Pulau Beras Basah (Wet Rice Island)
An hour stop to bath by the beach and sea |
Finally managed to get on the cable car |
The longest free span & curve bridge in the world. |
I admit I'm slightly afraid to heights. |
Weather wasn't really on our side. |
The view of Langkawi is gorgeous from the bridge. |
Back to the Streets of Pantai Cenang |
Pantai Cenang |
Sunset by the beach |
Run Forest Run! |
Dinner at Orkid Ria @ Pantai Cenang. Recommended by locals! It is good |
DAY 3 (Pia's The Padi > Duty Free Shopping > KL)
Check out the full post for this place here cause it deserves it : :: Click Here :: |
Duty Free Shopping time! Just next to Underwater World Langkawi. The chocolates are a must here! |
Good Bye Langkawi! To be honest 3 days 2 nights was not enough. I would suggest around 4/5 days otherwise it would be a little rush. |
